Cancellation Policy
** BEFORE BOOKING**
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to book on any service that’s over $50. The deposit goes toward the total price of service. Remaining balance is due in Cash or Credit/Debit Card.
**SQUEEZE INS/ DAY OFF**
Monday and Tuesday appointments- $100 extra
Emergency appointments which include before or after normal working hours- $50 extra Please email for booking.
**LATE POLICY**
There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes there is a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited.
**EXTRA GUEST**
Extra guests are NOT allowed. No children unless being serviced.
**CANCELLATIONS**
You must cancel AT LEAST 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellation after the 24 hour will result in being charged 50% of the service, with no deposit refunded. Same day rescheduling will result in loss of deposit.
